What we install and repair in Gardens.
Apartment buildings are a big part of Gardens. These jobs usually involve shared systems, so we plan around the building layout, the managing agent and what each resident needs.
Gardens has sloping and hillside streets, which affects satellite line of sight, wireless signal and how cameras are positioned. We assess the terrain before choosing equipment.
Established homes in Gardens often have older wiring, mature trees and high boundary walls. We check cabling and mounting surfaces first, so upgrades fit what is already there.

Usually the trustees or managing agent. Check building rules before quoting, so access and approvals are clear.
