A CCTV fault is rarely just "the camera". Power supplies, cables and connectors, the recorder, its storage drive, the router and the viewing app can each cause the same symptom. Starting with the complete signal and power path avoids replacing parts that were never faulty.
We repair systems we did not install as well, subject to the equipment still being supported and parts being obtainable. If a repair is not sensible, we say so and explain the alternatives.

Why is one camera showing no picture?
Common causes are a failed power supply, a damaged or corroded connector, a cable fault or a failed camera. Testing each stage of the path identifies which.
Why has my CCTV stopped recording?
A full or failed storage drive, incorrect recording settings, a recorder fault or power problems can all stop recording. The recorder needs to be checked on site.
Can you fix CCTV someone else installed?
Often yes, provided the equipment is still serviceable and parts are available. We assess the system first and advise on repair versus replacement.
